I think it's probably actually "404 action not found," unless your DM gives you a favorable houserule. Maybe you could argue that it creates a bizarre sort of half-full round action (so you could make two traps in a turn), but it seems more likely to just not work in the case of full-round action traps.

The advanced bolt traps would ordinarily take two rounds though, which Extraordinary Trapsmith helps with in a straightforward way.
