Does Giggles, God of Slapstick, get a vote?

(...this is a joke but like only 80% a joke. He was founded by Elan, he totally counts as a Northern god.)

EDIT: I realised like two minutes after posting this that this idea has already been bounced around in the previous comic's discussion thread, in which case... hey, I guess you now have a separate thread for it. Enjoy. XD

We know she's half-orc. The question is if she's half-human, or if the other half is also orc.
