Has anyone come across nonhorrible homebrew on that site? I kind of want to index the better stuff on it.

IMO Races of War and other Tome material is quite good. But you'll be able to find it easier if you go to The Gaming Den.

I agree, but one has to keep in mind that Tome material aims to fix the balance issues in 3.5 by setting everything at or close to wizard level.
