Help Creating a Noose Fighter?

Hi playgrounders,

I'm working on building a mini boss who specializes in crawling around on ceilings and snagging people in nooses. Would you folks have any advice in building a combatant that specialized in hanging his enemies?

Not sure about a noose specifically, but you can do this on a stealthy whip-using character via Greater Whip Mastery + Chokehold. Strangler Brawler is probably a good bet for this - they are sneaky and also get a Neckbreaker ability.

For moving on the ceiling, 6 monk levels will get your mini-boss access to Spider Step.
