Heroes of Horror Base Class starting gold?

What is the starting gold for the archivist and dread necromancer, I can't seem to find it in the book.

It's not just you, they seem to not exist. Heroes of Horror is a weirdly written book. I guess use as wizard and as sorcerer, respectively?

seems like archivist should get more than a wizard since they wear armor, maybe closer to the cleric or bard, sorcerer is probably good for the dread necro though.

I would argue that Archivist is as close to a Cleric as anything. Or second that fact, I guess.

HoH is a really weirdly written book though it's true. Which is weird because it's also super cool, but yea idk they seem like they were having an off month or something lol.

I'd go Bard/Barbarian for Archivist, and Sorcerer for Dread Necro.

Well, Beguilers get 6d4×10 gp, and it appears that Warmages get 3d4x10 gp. So, you can ball-park from there I guess. I used the wayback machine for the Warmage thing.

Enlisting as a Warmage doesn't pay bills, but scamming people as Beguiler does. :smalltongue:
