Fast Flight Speed

As the title suggests, are there any ways of getting:
1. General speed increases (nothing that requires charging or running or is limited in uses/times per day)
2. A constant flight speed (no X times per day or Y rounds per day)
3. Flight maneuverability increases

Please don't include 3.5 material, as I already know most of those things. This is specifically for PF-only.

Play a strix, you get fly speed off the bat. Be a druid or ranger to get the longstrider (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/l/longstrider) spell or get access to the travel domain (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/domains/paizo---domains/travel-domain).

From DSP Path of War: 5th level Stance of the Crane Knight from the Silver Crane maneuvers. Usable as many times as you want a day once you learn it; the benefits include "While in this stance, you gain a fly speed equal to twice your base land speed with average maneuverability"

Once again Summoner. Or Synthesist if you want the fly speed on yourself instead a mount.
Flight evolution grants a fly speed equal to its or your base speed, and each additional point you spend increased it by 20 ft.
So getting 100 or 200 ft per round isn't all that difficult.
