Can someone Clarify this for me?

When you get stat increases like the ones you get at levels 4, 8, 12 etc
When you boost yourself with spells like owls wisdom and what not
and when you get stats from classes like heartwarder

Do those stats go to your Actual score or do they boost your Ability Modifier?

Yeah that's what I thought, that would mean I would only get at the most a +2 from Heartwarder, still if your just pumping Cha it's a nice boon
