This is one we have thought about for awhile now...thoughts?

Key of Neverwinter Slumber
Ornate stone key on a chain that when inserted into a unique stone carved relief of a large door used throughout Neverwinter, opens to the specific Mage’s Magnificent Mansion “instance” created by the Key.
On Use - Mage’s Magnificent Mansion - lv7 Wizard spell@13thx2000gp=182000gpv
Must be “House” Member -50% cost
Cost: 182000gp -50%= 91000gp
Time: 91 days

One question for the Mansion actually, is there a bathroom and whats happens to your "presents"?

I suppose but its not really homebrew, just a Wondrous Magic Item no? Either way then... :)

Personally I don't consider custom magic items made within the rules to be homebrew. I usually consider house rules and things like that to be homebrew. Creating custom magic items using the rules isn't all that different from some of the practical and even theoretical optimization going on here - it's just another way of using the rules as they exist in creative ways.
