So, computer is being all kinds of stupid (new one is built and awaiting pick up but won't get it til after the game this weekend) and I can't access my source books for a few days and I need a Neutral Evil fiend to be my villain for this weeks game. Help? Pwease?

Manual of the planes has yugoloths from 5-13 HD, all with a fancy abilities. Ultraloth is scary if the PCs are short on casters. Consider taking a canoloth and giving it some class levels. Whirl-pounce barbarian 2/crusader X would make for a terrifying beast.

Seconding Yugoloths.

@Yaitanos, since you don't have books with you, what do you need? Stat-blocks fully built, or just pointers and ideas, or what?

there are more yugoloths in mm1, 2, 4, 5, and fiend folio.

what level is your party? what's its breakdown? are you having them fight him alone or him plus some mooks?

All the Yugoloths (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?PHPSESSID=2eg668pb6va7n2fi88b0d11ls0&topic=5573.msg184169#msg184169), arranged by sourcebook, then CR and HD, with a rundown of each one's capabilities.

Also the general setting of the fight, and if you're feeling really fancy, what general theme do you want the fiend to have?

I have an Arcanoloth as an enemy in my 5e game at the moment, and the players hate him (but in the way that means the DM did his job well). But well, it's a caster monster. You can't go wrong with those.

Night Hag would be excellent; I am working on one that functions like an extra-planar repo man.

The hag's angle is to collect on soul-debts owed by various fiends. She captures fiends who's debts are subject for collection, then claims a percentage of souls reclaimed.

Her current scheme is to manipulate the party into tracking and capturing her current bounty with an iron flask; then turns on them. Think 'Evil Ghostbuster' crossed with 'Evil Mary Poppins'

Don't forget about the demodands from carceri. They are also neutral evil fiends

I went with the NE fiend that is a shapeshifting shadow mastif. The party was lvl 5, now... Well two of them leveled, the rest either died or were just short.

You mean the Shadurakul from the Canomorphs section in the Fiend Folio? That's one of my favorites, though I always replace the Fighter levels with something else.

Half-fiend or Unholy Scion templates are good, since you can use the base creature to set the CR however you like.

I turned him into a scythe wielding kensai with lots of feats and stuff that lets him attempt coup de grace's on people without them people helpless. The party was not expecting that. Dunno why not, I mean, I dressed him like a frigging reaper from the git go.
