Is this a legal build? There may be some shenanigans involved, but I've gotten some of the less accepted ones approved. Retraining(phb2 i think) is allowed in this game.
Also I'm not going for raw power here, mostly going for a fun build that is strong but not 100% broken (which is why I took GP instead of abrupt jaunt).
LE
Human feat/lvl 1 feat feats Versitile(Diplo, Sense motive), Versitile (bluff, intimidate)
Martial(imp. init.), Transmutation domain, Immediate magic(glimpse peril) Wizard 4,
lvl 3 feat Spellfocus evil
Otyugh hole 3k gp: iron will
Drink Terran Brandy(or use another item for spellcaster levels)
Mindbender 1
(Lose class features and a level of casting of Mindbender until level 8 when brandy runs out, temporarily gain more when drinking the brandy)
Ur Priest 1
lvl 6 feat Sanctum spell, retrain both copies of versitile into other feats at 6 and 7
Mystic Thuerge 4
lvl 9 feat
Pact Insidious(Mindsight, an extra feat, +1 spellcraft)
Edit: forgot iron will

The intended build is Wizard 4/Mindbender 1/Ur-Priest 1/Mystic Theurge 4, qualifying for Mindbender using Terran Brandy, yes?
The Immediate Magic ACF requires that you be a specialist wizard, so you can't take the ACF on a domain wizard.
You may be interested in the Social Proficiency (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/specialistWizardVariants.htm#enchanterVariants) wizard ACF; you give up your wizard bonus feats and get Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Gather Information, and Sense Motive as class skills. This not only saves you a feat (you lose the wizard bonus feat but don't need to take Versatile twice), but it also means you don't need to use the third-party Rokugan Campaign Setting book. If you use this variant you can get Iron Will at 1st level, and could take a metamagic feat to fulfill the prerequisites of Sanctum Spell at 6th level.
A Wizard 4/Mindbender 1 has a CL of 5, so you only need to be under the effects of the Terran Brandy when you gain the level of Mindbender; after that, the level of Mindbender helps fulfill its own prerequisite.
Sanctum Spell has "any other metamagic feat" as a prerequisite, so you don't qualify for it.
I wouldn't recommend the Pact Insidious unless you really need it for something.
Suggested revision to your build:
Social Proficiency Enchanter 4/Mindbender 1/Ur-Priest 1/Mystic Theurge 4
Feats:
H Iron Will
1 Extend Spell
3 Spell Focus (Evil)
6 Sanctum Spell
9 Mindsight

Thanks a lot! Not having to retrain saves a lot of cheese
I suppose the brandy is the cheesiest part? Despite it's cheese, is it legal?
Good call on sanctum spell prereq, I didn't read carefully enough
The pact is mostly for roleplay reasons so I figured I could get some feats out of it, not being able to resurrect is huge but is there any other reason not to?
Should I not grab the Otyugh Hole to save a feat slot?
Thanks so much you were very helpful.
