Is there anywhere that I can reliably buy Gargantuan or Colossal minis? The campaign is reaching that point, and I would rather use the mini, than a Haloween prop if possible.

You can go to Hero Forge (https://www.heroforge.com/) and create humanoid creatures and then have them created as Colossal or Huge size via 2x or 4x scale.
