I'm looking to put together an Undead "pirate" crew except it is for an airship on the Elemental Plane of Air.

The PCs average 6-7 level. I'm trying to come up with some enemy creature ideas and I was wondering if there was such a thing as an undead elemental. I found a Taint Elemental in Heroes of Horror, but it isn't part of the four elements.

A Ragewind in MM2 (Update Booklet (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20030718a) entry below) is a CR 19 undead whirlwind full of weapons, but it could easily be described as an undead air elemental creature.

Ragewind: Undead; 10 ft./10 ft.; 15/magic; Balance +7, Hide +35,
Jump +5, Listen +39, Search +35, Spot +39, Tumble +39; Blind-Fight,
Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Flyby Attack, Improved
Disarm, Improved Trip, Mobility, Power Attack, Spring Attack, Whirlwind
Attack; LA —.

Libris Mortis also has the Voidwraith, which is "an undead manifestation of elemental air"

It also has the Dessicator for Water Elementals and the Cinderspawn for Fire Elementals, all of them being cruel inversions of the natural state. LM doesn't have one specifically for Earth Elementals, MM3 does Have the Dust Wight which is an (Earth) Undead.
