Are there any Monk prestige classes in Pathfinder, the way 3.5 had Enlightened Fist and Sacred Fist?

Champion of Irori (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/c-d/champion-of-the-enlightened) is the first one that springs to mind (you can also find it as Champion of the Enlightened in the d20pfsrd.

Brother of the Seal (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/a-b/brother-of-the-seal) is another.

Brother of the Seal, but this one is more or less useless because it doesn't advance your best feature (i.e. the ki pool.) Champion of Irori can be optimized fairly well if you don't mind multiclassing Paladin.

Your best bet is probably going to be Evangelist, which advances all your monk class features 9/10. Another option is to VMC rather than PrC.

If you're into 3rd party, there's the Psychic Fist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-prestige-classes/psychic-fist).

I was trying to make an Unchained Monk/Psychic, using Psychic's Self-Perfection idea.

As far as I know, no prestige classes have been published for Occult Adventures, so you'd have to use the 3rd party content Nova mentioned to approximate it.

You can't get Wis to AC twice in PF (unless one of them is typed, which neither Monk nor SP Psychic are), so multiclassing monk won't really do much for you here.

I recommend VMC Monk if you want to be an unarmed SP Psychic.

I want more of the 'I'm enlightened and can float and make people's heads explode.'

Seriously, that is the coolest spell in Occult Adventures, and I've not even been able to lay hands on the book yet.

You don't need monk at all if that's what you're after  just be a pure psychic.
