Can more than one swarm be on top of a player at once? For example a level 14 druid casts creeping doom and summons 7 swarms of centipedes on top of one player. Giving them 14d6 damage?

No, only one creature can inhabit a square at a time — in combat at least — unless the rules say otherwise.

Ya. It does say that for swarms, they move into another creatures square. Thats how they attack, im just wondering if there is a limit

I posted about that in the Dysfunctional Rules Thread once. Something about how you can technically stack swarm upon swarm into an enclosed space until every single animal has no more than a few square nanometers of space. Go even further, and the whole thing collapses into a black hole.

It is time-intensive, ridiculous, and not too useful. But if you manage to do it, you get to say you were the first one to create a rat-based singularity. :smalltongue:

And then the hivemind rules. Tremble.

By RAW, would the swarms damage each other if they were sharing spaces? Or would it only happen to those vulnerable to weapon damage?
