Summoning Blazewyrms

Hello,

I have a Silverbrow Human, Dragonblooded Sorcerer at Level 6 in a 3.5 game at the moment and am really enjoying it.

I was just wondering if there is any means I can summon a Blaze Wyrm (from Dragon Magic)..

It's not on any of the "Summon Monster" lists. What would be an appropriate level Summon Monster spell for me to try and sway my DM into allowing me to use to summon a Blaze Wyrm?

Other than that, is it a case of Planar Binding?

I'd probably rate it at Summon Monster 6, as it seems about equal to a large fire elemental. So yes, you could eventually summon one, but not any time soon.
