If I am reading this right, panache counts as grit for feat prerequisites. Also, this means that with Combat Reflexes and Signature Deed (Oppurtune Parry and Riposte), can effectively parry and counterattack DEX mod times per round, without spending any points of panache?

I ask because this seems too easy to abuse.

Also, can the Vital Strike chain of feats be used with the Oppurtune Parry and Riposte deed?

Yes.

No.

the swashbuckler can as an immediate action make an attack against the creature whose attack she parried
Normally, a character cannot perform more than one immediate action per turn.

No.

This deed's cost cannot be reduced by any ability or effect that reduces the number of panache points a deed costs.

No.

Vital Strike can only be used as part of an attack action, which is a specific kind of standard action. (paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fm#v5748eaic9pyy)

Also note that since the Errata Signature Deed (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/signature-deed-grit) has changed to:
(emphasis added)

Once per round, you can perform this deed for 1 fewer grit point (minimum 0).
So regardless of other factors, you only get a 1 discount per round.
