Looking for inspiration for my own homebrew campaign. The Great Modron March had a bit of Sigil in it. Anything else?

"Harbinger House" and "The Eternal Boundary" are set primarily in Sigil.

Really, all the Planescape adventures probably have the odd chapter there. The Eternal Boundary is all there, except for the end dungeon, which isn't all that interesting. The Deva Spark starts there, but then leaves. Harbinger House starts in Sigil and spends a lot of time there, leaves and then comes back for the finale. Something Wild's first chapter, too. Faction War, of course, almost entirely.
The rest of Planescape's adventures, I don't know in detail, but they probably all start in Sigil.

I believe the "into the light" portion of Dead Gods also spent some time there.

The 2nd edition campaign Die Vecna Die ended up in Sigil as I recall (after going through Greyhawk and Ravenloft).

On another note, have you played the old PC game Planescape Torment? It is mostly set in Sigil.
