wand holding bracers

i know these are out there somewhere, a mundane item which holds several wands in a wristband.

i asked all my friends and the best we could come up with was that its entry provides a diagram of the item and that it is triggered with wires attached to each finger.

im positive its 3.5 but after searching as many books as i could find im still no closer to tracking it down. the closest i have come so far was a magic braclet with a simmilar affect from an eberron book.

does anyone know what book this item is from?
