Basically, it's a Lurk conversion for Arcane, with the following rules:

Arcane Sneak Attack: Functions the same as Psionic Sneak Attack, except the requirement is that the character have 1st level or higher spell slots unspent. If the character does not have any, then he is unable to use his Arcane Sneak Attack ability
Arcane Lurk Augments: These function the same as Lurk Augments, but differ in that to enhance them, the Lurk must give up spells instead. Abilities that require 2 power points to enhance now use spell level.

Specific Lurk Augment Notes
Unfocusing Strike becomes Distracting Strike - It forces the opponent to make concentration check before casting his next spell, equal to 10 + damage dealt. This check is required for up to 3 rounds after making the strike. If struck immediately before casting a spell from a readied action, AoO, or other source, then the DC is +5. The DC can be increased by +1 * spell slot level expended.
(I could swear there's some sort of feat that gives a similar ability, if so, will edit this back in later)
Solid Strike: Gives +3 damage per level of spell expended
Mental Assault: Cha, Int, and Wis are targettable
Power Drain becomes Mystic Drain - Opponent loses spell levels equal to 1/2 the damage, starting with the highest spell levels.
(There is a weapon enhancement that offers a similar ability, and will use that description here later)
Planar Attack: For every spell level expended, add +1d6 damage.
Stygian Weapon becomes Enervation Weapon - Effects identical, with 1d4 negative levels for 1 round, + 1 round per 2 spell levels expended.
Greater Power Drain becomes Greater Mystic Drain - Opponent loses spell levels equal to the damage, starting with the highest spell levels.
Arcane Lurk Spellcasting: Identical to a bard, but selects spells from the Sorcerer/Wizard spell list.

Too powerful? Conversion was for an upcoming gaming session if GM allows.

Probably too powerful. In desperate need of some fluff, regardlesss.
