Ok, more help required... Looking at taking a Warlock to Sentienl of Bharrai, but I see a problem coming down the pipe 1d4 hp/ level. So it can turn into a beast, but still squishy as the wizard. Is there any way around this? I know it's out of book of exalted deeds but not sure if there is anything that would give some kinda boost to that?

Thanks

If you add the necropolitan template (LM 115), all your HD turn to d12s. Other templates might grant the same benefit, but without the other changes that go with being an undead.

Upon hearing the petitioner’s last breath, the ritual leader calls forth the names of evil powers and gods to forge a link with the Negative Energy Plane, and then impales the petitioner.

Yeah, that particular template is going to be pretty hard to square with a Prestige Class that requires Exalted feats. (Not impossible, just pretty hard).

Every +2 Con you get is like increasing your HD one size (on average) for all your HD.

Stack Con.

There is another way around it. Bear shape mentions it works like polymorph, except for not provoking an AoO and lasting indefinitely. This means that this clause is in effect.

Upon changing, the subject regains lost hit points as if it had rested for a night

So any time you get a little damaged, just flip flop shapes to get rid of it.

Alternately, or additionally, find a way to get CHA to HP; there are a couple. Use one or more, and stack CHA.

Or just suck it up. It's only 1 HP/level. You could offset it by taking Improved Toughness. Is that a feat that you think is worth taking? No? Then don't worry about it. Grab a Con-boosting item and call it a day.
