Not a Dragon Magazine, but Dragonmarked (Eberron Supplement) suggests "Excoriate" and as a flaw as well as, I believe "Aberrant Dragonmark", but only if you take "Aberrant Mark" - so long as your DM treats Aberrant Marked as shunned outcasts.

Anything for Traits and Flaws that is missing here?

Would unique NPC abilities (DMG II p.157) be counted as traits?

They use a very different mechanic, and come with LA/CR increases so I'm guessing not.
