Question about golems

I got to looking at the flesh golem, and noticed how it is immune to all spells that allow SR, but is specially effected by certain spells, IE those that deal fire, cold, and electric damage. The problem is most damaging fire spells that I have seen allow for SR! Is the entry under spell immunity something along the lines of "all spells that allow SR, except as follows," or am I just not looking hard enough for damaging spells that don't?

Yes. This is a case of "specific trumps general".

As for some example spells that deal fire damage but doesn't care about SR, there's Blast of Flame, Incendiary Cloud, Lava Missile/Splash, and the Orb of Fire line.
