As per Magic Item Compendium, amorphous creatures (such as oozes) do not have item slots, and cannot wear body slot items. Is there any way to allow such creatures to benefit from slotted magic items?

Most oozes aren't playable characters, so it usually doesn't matter.

What's the use case here?

Grafts might work. Once an ooze has an arm, then it has an arm slot (and presumably a hand slot, ring slot, and so forth). As far as a body slot, per se... there really isn't a "extra body" graft.

Sentry Ooze template (oozes can't take feats unless they have an Int score) followed by some feats... Aberration Blood + Deepspawn is a bit tricky (needs to be humanoid, and oozes taking Human Heritage is pretty iffy), but there are other feats that could give natural weapons. An ooze with Totemist levels could wind up with some extra appendages (Girallon Arms, Lamia Belt, etc.), but wearing magic items on top of soulmelds gets a bit wonky.

But for the most part, you're in "Talk to the DM" territory (I recommend you first make sure there aren't any sharp/heavy objects nearby).

There's a Craft Magic Tattoo feat, IIRC. Potentially you might be able to inscribe tattoos onto the surface of an ooze.

Similarly (and even from the same setting, FR), Inscribe Rune. If you can write on the surface of an ooze -- with ink or anything suited to writing -- you can put a spell into the rune, which the ooze can access by touching it.

There's also the ooze saddle, which may be the only magic item meant to be used by an ooze. Of course, all it does is allow someone to ride the ooze as a mount.

Nice... with this, plus the rules in MIC for adding common item effects to existing items, you can get around quite a few of the ooze's restrictive lack of body slots.

You could either add effects to the one saddle, or add the saddle's power of being worn by oozes to regular magic items.

Craft Contingency could probably imitate many of the things expendable items can do, except faster and better.

Ooze saddle with extra enchantments is probably your best bet.

Craft Contingency could probably imitate many of the things expendable items can do, except faster and better.
But only if the ooze in question is able to qualify for CCS, and has access to a full spell list, both of which may be difficult to pull off as an ooze.

While you asked for 3.5, it may be worth looking at the Pathfinder Gelatinous Cube racial paragon class (http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/146966/In-The-Company-of-Gelatinous-Cubes-PFRPG?term=in+the+company+of+ge), which gains the ability to attune a limited number of magic items absorbed inside itself and gain their benefits.
