These are the only 5 level prestige classes that it would not be against the forum rules to link to, since they are all covered under the Open Game License.

There are a lot. This would be an extremely time consuming task. If you are looking for something to perhaps fill 5 levels on a character or NPC why not instead ask for advice on building that?

Well I'm currently working on character concept projects, focusing more on flavor and feel without sacrificing power

I already have 2 down A Silverbrow human Spell Sword(Warblade1/Sorcerer 2/Warblade 3/Abjurant Champion 5/Eldrich Knight 9, and a Lesser Aasimar holy monk (Cloistered Cleric 1/Monk2/CC1/Swordsage 1/CC2/Swordsage 2/Sacred Fist 10). And both come out great in theory anyway.

In any case, I came to the realization that most well thought out campaigns or the most fun campaigns don't go past level 15(because you know that's why spells COMPLETELY take over, between 11-15 mundanes still have some use, Despite the Nay sayers but after that it's all about the spells.)

Anyway it's to this point that i realized, I need to prestige out of base classes ASAP,Preferably the entry levels being between levels 7 and 9. and I want a class that has a feel of a Dancer, I already looked at Ardent Dilettante which looks cool, and I've already considered Jade Phoenix mage since I am determined to use the tome of battle for ALL my characters, but lets save that for when we have no other options.

Are these PrC that...

You can get into at level 5? I.E. take as your 5th level.

You can qualify for at level 5? I.E. takes as your 6th level.

Or ones that are 5 levels long? I.E. ones that have only 5 levels.

Or perhaps some combination of these?

Here's a list I compiled a while ago of non-10-level prestige classes. It's not exactly what you're looking for, because it's sorted by book rather than class length, but ctrl+f for 5 will turn up all the five-level classes.

Books B-C (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=17540553&postcount=5)
Books D-P (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=17540805&postcount=6)
Books R-W (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=17542272&postcount=9)
