Alhoon Mind Flayer stat block error

In The Lords of Madness, pg 158, it lists in this monster's items a green ioun stone, and a lavender ioun stone. There is no just green or lavender ioun stone in 3.5 however. Does anyone know if there are any statements on what it should be? The only options I think it could be is either the green and lavender ioun stone or the pale green ioun stone and the pale lavendar ioun stone.

Let's see... comparing to the stat block...
Pale Green Ioun Stone: "+1 competence bonus on attack rolls, saves, skill checks, and ability checks" - effects not present in the stat block (weapon finess, weapon focus, dex, and BAB for the tentacles equals the listed modifier for the tentacles).
Pale Lavendar: "Absorbs spells of 4th level or lower" - not something that would show up in the stat block.
Lavender and green: "Absorbs spells of 8th level or lower" - likewise.

So... yeah, pretty good odds they meant "a Lavender and Green Ioun Stone" and an editor somewhere though that was a mistake in a comma-separated list, so changed it to a lavendar ioun stone and a green ioun stone
