If you where to say, use a laser pistol for the first time in at lest a month, use its last charge and roll a nat 1 on the attack would you roll all of those glitches and then stack the effects?
I'm not seeing anything that says to do so, nor am I seeing anything saying don't, because it would be rather interesting to say, use it for the first time, glitch, loose double the charges and drain the gun, glitch due to that and roll the 'doesn't consume any charges'. How would that resolve, or how would ya'll resolve something like that?
