Final Boss of Elemental Evil

Hello I am DMing a Pathfinder game based off of the famous AD&D module: The Temple of Elemental Evil. I need help translating something over to Pathfinder, but I've found no equivalent on the Pathfinder PRD. If any of my players are reading, please do not open the spoilers box below:

The final boss of the temple, which is an ENORMOUS mega-dungeon that spans four massive levels is a Demoness by the name of Zuggtmoy. She is very powerful and has control over fungus (Kind of her whole thing). If anyone can find the stats for her in a Pathfinder/3.5 form, that would be fantastic.

I don't know if you can find this stuff, but if you've got something like a challenge rating I guess you could start looking for anything slightly similar in the same power range and stat her out based on that?

Well I imagine that by the time the players get to her they will be about level 10 and I want her to be a tough fight, so maybe somewhere between CR 11-14?

Well, there are several demons (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/demon.htm) of about that power level. That should give you an idea of the raw stats you can use and the number and sort of powerlevel of the special abilities she has. And then maybe port over some of her abilities from the original module or use the druid spell list to fill her out?
