The pathfinder formian queen has a +24 BAB, 6 STR and 5 DEX. Somehow her claw attacks are at a +33, and I don't see any special abilities or feats that are allowing this to happen. Is there something that I am missing or is this creature a statistical anomaly?

Here's the paizo.com link to her stat page:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks to me like it's a mistake; I don't see any feats that could improve it, either, unless Hivemind does that. It's pretty wimpy for a CR 17 (1/day feeblemind at DC 21?), so I see no reason to make it even less effective in combat. I wouldn't pay too much attention to errors in creatures or pre-built NPCs; WotC is notoriously bad at having correct statblocks. Paizo might be better, but unless there's some sort of egregious error, a few points one way or the other in anything shouldn't make a difference.
