Hello all,

I can't seem to determine where this is but question is: When delivering a touch spell through your familiar, who's attack bonus do you use? The Familiars or the Masters? The reason for this is, the familiar has basically no BAB and the STR/DEX bonus is rather lack luster..

Thanks for help in advance

Attacks
Use the master’s base attack bonus, as calculated from all his classes. Use the familiar’s Dexterity or Strength modifier, whichever is greater, to get the familiar’s melee attack bonus with natural weapons.

This quote from the familiars section should answer your question. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/sorcererWizard.htm#familiars) BAB of their master + the familiars relevant ability score. Touch AC is generally low so hitting should be reasonably easy once you're a few levels in.
