Looking to play an Eldritch Horror starting at low levels.

As the title says. Specifically a mess of mouths, tentacles, eyes, etc. As things stand my fallback is Synthesist Summoner. I vaguely remember a homebrew base class that fit this bill, but no specifics.

No clue about base classes, but sorcerer with gold dragon heritage into fleshwarper is pretty fun, especially if you otyugh hole + DCFS into Graft Flesh at level seven.

Maybe be an Elan, for aberration type?

If you actually want tons of natural attacks, you probably want a totemist though. Changeling totemist with the Abberant Blood line of feats (for more tentacles and reach) and some warshaper sprinkled in could likely do what you're looking to accomplish. Just reflavor the spectral natural weapons as actual physical changes and you're good.

Worship an elder evil for extra Vile feats. I recommend Ragnorra, because her whole schtick is creating monsters. Next, spend those feats on the Deformity chain of feats and pick up some items/feats to boost Frightful presence. Proceed with intimidate-focused character as normal.

You'd be more Horror than Eldritch, but hey, it should work.

A Binder with Zceryll gains the Pesudonatural template, which allows you to turn yourself into a hideous tentacle mass, starting at level 10.

Half-Farspawn (from Lords of Madness) is a +4 LA template which allows much the same thing, plus other perks.

I think the homebrew class you're thinking of is Ozodrin (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?390719-Fang-and-Pseudopod-Ozodrin-3-5-update) there's like 3 or 4 versions floating around the board, I don't particularly like them (they tend towards "big numbers" and swallow whole with big numbers).

I made a werewolf (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?309502-Listen-to-their-music-the-children-of-the-night-%28Werewolf-as-a-base-class%29) class with a half finished but usable at low levels obyrith themed variant in which your hybrid form is an eldritch abomination instead of a wolf.

As for official stuff let me... oh god why did I click that link? Poor Nyarly and Thuthu, they never did anything to deserve that... Elan + Alter Self spell? See if you can get the pseudonatural template for 2 LA? Yeah I've got nothing.
