Best outsider to track down and destroy a vampire

I plan using planar ally (maybe greater planar ally on a scroll if needed) to track and destroy a vampire that stole a magic item from us.

We won't do it ourselves because we have no time for sidequest.

I don't know much about type and specific outsider this is why I need help.

I saw Inevitable and psychopomp and it seem to be a good start.

My character is a 11th level LN cleric of Abadar

I can provide info about the vampire location with scrying and other spell but otherwise, the outsider will have to figure out the rest.

Any idea ?
