This spell reads like it would give all druids +1 to spot at 5th level when they learn all 3rd level druid spells. It shouldn't but it might.

It doesn't. Druids never learn spells.

The exact rule is on p.60 of Dragon Magic: "This benefit applies to any character who has a list of spells known...but not to characters who prepare spells from a class list or a spellbook..." Since Druids prepare spells from a class list and not from spells known they do not gain any benefit.
