So what are considered the Encoutner enders?

By that I mean Spells So utterly powerful, that they can just win encounters from the word go.

Right now I know of only a few, There's Poly Morph which literally just transforms you into anything you want
Gate which can practically let you summon an army(Makes me wonder why leadership is banned if this gets through)
Ray of stupidity and Shivering touch that while situational, Will usually win you fights the moment you use them.
Any others? I kinda wanna compile something of a.....Spellcasters Blacklist.

Polymorph and Gate aren't encounter enders, they're game breakers. You need an encounter to end it, they don't need one to be powerful.

I know Color Spray, Sleep, and Grease are the popular low level options. Solid Fog at mid levels, Wall of Thorns for druids
