Path of War Character Sheets

I was wondering if anyone found decent pdfs that work well with using the Path of War initiator classes with their maneuvers and such. I am not looking for a character generator per say as I have the books, just a decent pdf that can organize the information reasonably.

I've had luck with the Neceros sheet. (http://www.enworld.org/forum/rpgdownloads.php?do=download&downloadid=286) It has three pages, but the third is pretty much entirely devoted to spellcasting/powers, which conveniently also works for manuevers.
