Raging prophet and nine level spell

Here's the trick:
cleric with rage subdomain and oracle variant multiclass with lame curse 10/raging prophet 10 with this build it's possible to get 9 level spell and we have the rage-cycle.
Is this enought to make the rage prophet playable?

Actually, Rage Clerics don't get any rage powers until 12, so you'd have no way of entering Rage Prophet with this build until level 13 (Cleric VMC-Oracle 12/ RP 1). This delays the main benefit of the PrC, Raging Spellstrength, all the way to 20th level when the campaign is over anyway. Even as someone sympathetic to Rage Prophet, I don't think that's worth losing 5 feats and 3 caster levels.
