Now I've found that when there a storm or you have to shut you comp off and you have a big game open WoW LOTR online PoP whatever and you close it up. It like Mr. freeze with a cold! So you cast Power Words shut off computer thus you don't have to wait. Also what schools should both of them be in? :xykon:

Well, until you get around to giving the actual effect of Procrastination (which I am certain you will... one of these days), I can't really say but it would probably be Enchantment....
The other one would be Enchantment, except that it is a construct, so it would probably have to be Abjuration.
Your formating needs work, I doubt they both have all those components... Power Words should only have a verbal component.
