Would anyone know of an application or program that I can install/download to build dungeons on the d20 system? even just squares is fine. Shareware on the net would be awesome, and linkage would be very appreciated.

Closest I know is http://www.aarg.net/~minam/dungeon.cgi but I know there are tile based things out there.

You have to pay for this but I personally find http://www.profantasy.com/ (profantasy.com/) to have pretty good programs,

If you want to go advanced you can use Google Sketch-Up. (http://www.sketchup.com/?sid=369)
A guy named Ack over at Myth-Weaver (http://www.Myth-Weavers.com) has made a Dungeon builder Kit. Their server is down for maintenance at the moment so I can't get the link for you.

WotC actually just put out a free tile based thing here (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20061121t) that uses tiles from their books. I haven't tried using it for anything, but the price is right, so it might be worth a look.

You might also want to take a look at AutoRealm (http://autorealm.sourceforge.net/index.php)
