Quick Question on Ranged Pin Feat

Let's say an archer with this feat full attacks some guy and successfully uses this feat with all of his attacks.

If the guy wants to break out, does he have to make a separate standard action against each of the arrows pinning him?

Unfortunately, no. The grapple check to establish the pinned condition is made by you, not by the arrows. To break free they just need to make a single successful Strength check or Escape Artist check to overcome your pin.
