The spell Unearthly Beauty just doesn't have an SR: Yes/No entry. That is just... odd, right? Does the Save-or-Die offered by the spell offer SR? Is it just exactly like the Nymph ability? I'm confused.

Personal range spells rarely, if ever, offer Spell Resistance entries. The effects offered by the spell chain are rider effects, but not exactly part of the spell itself.
Its a SoD, with an effective SR:No.

The spell itself targets you. That's why it doesn't say anything about spell resistance: You're not going to resist your own spell. The spell gives you a supernatural ability which can affect others, and as normal for supernatural abilities, that does not offer SR.
And in addition to being a multi-target save-or-die without spell resistance, it can also affect nearly any target (it's not a death effect, or mind-affecting, or any of those other annoying tags, and the save is Will, so it can affect constructs and undead), and it also gives you another save-or-lose every round of the battle for no additional cost. Oh, and you can also share it with your animal companion, for double the fun.
Yeah, it's pretty powerful.
