Dragon Cohort + Leadership?

Can you take leadership to gain a cohort, and then take Dragon Cohort to gain a SECOND (albeit a dragon) cohort?

As far as I can tell it just gives you the option to recruit a dragon as a cohort; it doesn't actually give you another cohort.

You can always take a dragon as a cohort. The dragon cohort feat allows you to get a stronger one then your level might normally allow you to. You get a cohort with +3 to their ECL, letting you get something that isn't terrible.
