3.5 Options for true, limitless undead under your control with standard WBL

The only option I can think of is Pale Master 10 (and time). Anything else?

Animate Dread Warrior is the only one that comes to mind.

Master of Shrouds gets you access to undead that can multiply limitlessly (shadows/Wraiths/etc).

Chaining Command Undead comes close (you can go up to thousands of HD at even low levels), but is not true limitless.

Just create something that can make spawn - you control them, they control their children.

Heck, you don't even need to be a spellcaster - just become a vampire or something (with your allies nearby to gank him once he turns you and get your free will back.)
