To all others: It is considered bad form to use an avatar without asking permission of the artist. Unless, of course, you have it specifically made for you. Please ask before you use any of the avatars in the portfolios of the artists unless it states in their requisites or on their portfolio site that you may use the avatar without asking permission.

If after you've posted your request to the request thread twice and there is no response, please PM one of the active artists below. (Do not repost your request until at least 48 hours after your original request, please.)

If you are PMing a request please do not PM multiple artists. They don't want to waste their time doing a favour for you if you've already got someone else doing the exact same thing.

If you've made a request but want to change it completely (that is, a whole new concept and not just a tweak to your original request) you may do so without waiting the 48 hours one normally has to wait in between requests. Race: Human
Appearance: Lean, short unkempt beard, shoulder length brown hair held in place with a leather headband.
Gear: a Single headed walking axe, it is a re-hafted wood axe, and several javelins poking over his right shoulder. The Javelins are the crude fire hardened type. He is wearing this armor with this chest piece.

Other notable features: He has two pokemon, a Houndour, who is stockier than average, and a Poochyena who is shorter than average.

*Class: Barbarian/Bloodscaled Fury
*He looks rather savage, with obsidian-colored horns, teeth, and claws. His eyes are like pools of molten magma, and he has a scar over his right eye, which I would prefer to be facing out.
*I would like to position him curled up, resting on his hoard - he's collected quite a large one.
*Although I do want this to or OotS-style, I would prefer him to be designed more like a Red Dragon is in the official D&D artwork.

Think you guys could make that happen?

Scale Color: Forested River Camouflage basically.

Hi guys I'm a newbie here and would like an avatar in the new Oots style :smallsmile: My character is a Duergar Anti-Paladin/Blackguard/Oathbreaker Paladin. He has pale grey skin, is bald but with a black beard. He is in dark plate mail (à la Durkula) with a sliver necklace (holy symbol) and a two handed mace (like Sauron's). So that's what i would like my avatar to be, with a serious expression please.

If possible, I'd like a cloaked man in blue (I'd prefer a darker shade over a lighter one, but I'll leave the expecifics directly with the creator). On his face I'd like a mask (the one I had in mind was the one from Super Mario Bros. 2 (http://www.mariowiki.com/images/6/69/Smas_phanto.png) but with a white/blue color scheme instead of the gold/darker gold one), but if that's too hard simply keep the face in darkness would sufice. I would like somebody to please make an female Arcosian for a Dragon Ball Z game I'm playing


Has 4 forms, choose any you want, though I'd prefer 3rd form.

She looks like Frieza in forms 1 and her final form, except is pale blue instead of purple. (Other details up to you) Her 2nd form (Frieza's really huge devil one) looks like an Arcosian Valkyrie (Tall, statuesque, etc) and her 3rd form (Frieza's borderline plagiarism of the Aliens movies) looks humanoid, but the shape of her horns, her tail and other details are a lot like a Bullete (http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/hxhrpg/images/a/ad/Bullete.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20120215084726). Plus her mouth is literally from ear-to-ear (kinda like a Glasgow smile) and her smile is creepy as SH-T!

Uh, hi. So, I'm new here. I made my avatar myself, following instructions from the inkscape tutorial. But then I stumble across this thread and I'm like, "Hey, this is pretty cool!" So yeah. And, yes, this is an official Dungeons & Dragons monster :smallamused:

Hello! I've just begun coming on here once again, and I feel like I need a new avatar! I would be absolutely delighted to get a new one. Though I love my pony-tar, I feel the need to become elf once more! I thank the person very deeply who takes time out of their schedule to make this for me!!!

Gender: Female

Equipment: She wears a gorgeous long red gown that has a slit on the right side. The dress will definitely hit the floor and will have a bit of train. Or a bit of drag, if you will. She also has a long dagger that looks like it would be used in some sort of necromantic ritual (how it is styled is up to the artist! I like being surprised with what people can come up with for weapons :smallbiggrin: ). She also has a severed head on her person. The said person was one of her closest friends, and when she unfortunately kicked the bucket, she took her head with her. It is also now her main weapon of choice, as it is her casting catalyst. The head in question is a female human's head, who was 18 years of age. Her hair is black and styled with twin drills. (As you will see in the link below)

X Any other notable features (scars, tattoos, etc.): My character (She is based on a d&d character I made) generally has a larger bust. Granted, I'm not expecting it to be huge. Just a little bit larger than average.

X If their skin is a special color, add that: She has pale skin. I would like for it to be around the same color as the character in my signature (which I will also put in here for the sake of easy access).

Hair color: She has long blonde hair. It goes down to her mid back, approximately.

Race: Elf

X Class: Necromancer

X Pose you would like your avatar to be in: I would like for her to be leaning against something, or possibly sitting on a chair while talking to the severed head. While she is a gorgeous beauty, she also is a little bit crazy. Just don't get on her bad side.

I would like for her to be in OOTS style!!! I love it!

Well, I'm looking for a Moor. For reference, Redguards of the Elder Scrolls universe are loosely based on them.
A male, light brown skin, full beard (full but not long) and the whole indumentary. Specially the helmet + traditional arab scarf. He should wield a scimitar on his right, wear light/ medium armor and have a round medium shield on his back. I don't think a banner would fit but, if it does, a banner fluttering on a spear that contains a round shiled on the center and 3 scimitars surrounding it would be cool.

Colors White, Red and maybe a splash of Green would be perfect!

As far as clothing, I would go for something that is sort of like the regular Wizard type robes, although maybe with a more armored look (kind of like Jedi Guardian equipment in SWTOR if that makes any sense).

No scars or tattoos.

His hair is blond, and he should have a small beard or goatee.

As was pointed out he is a gnome. He's a fighter Illusionist.

As far as posing, something straight-on would be nice, if he could be brandishing his weapon while casting some sort of illusion (So as to make the fighter-illusionist bit more obvious to passerby) that would be amazing.

Equipment: One wielding a scythe, the other unarmed. Both wearing jade-green hooded cloaks.

Class: Wu Jen/Jade Phoenix Mage. Not sure how this would be incorporated, but mentioning it for the sake of completeness.
Pose you would like your avatar to be in: The two of them standing next to each other, facing slightly opposite directions. The one with the scythe has it held ready to attack, with jade-green energy on the blade, the unarmed one has hands up as if to cast a spell, with a magic "aura" around them.

Sadly it's been defunct for over a year, but she and the rest of the crew of the Midnight Mirage shall live on in memory.

Equipment: An insubstantial or "ghost-touch" longsword held in her right hand, a navy blue veil over her face below the eyes, low-cut black leather armor and high-heeled boots.

I'd like to request an OotS style of one of my favorite characters, Elisabeth.

Gender: Female

Equipment: Fullplate, with either a dove emblem on the chest plate proper or a white dove on a red surcoat if that would be easier/better looking. Helmet is a close helmet with small dove wings behind the ears, pointing back.

Skin: Light Tan
Hair: Brown, long enough to pass her ears, but not shoulder length.
Race: Human (Close enough anyway...)
Class: Paladin

Hi, all! I'm relatively new to these forums, but I'm starting to become accustomed, so here I am requesting an avatar! Sincere apologies if I'm missing some vital piece of etiquette or similar for these proceedings.

The character I would like to request is one of my playable characters, and is a bit of an odd one. Here we go:
Race: Moving this one to the top, because it's the most notable: Dvati.
Gender: Male
Equipment: One wielding a scythe, the other unarmed. Both wearing jade-green hooded cloaks.
Any other notable features (scars, tattoos, etc.): Extremely deep blue eyes.
If their skin is a special color, add that: Very pale white
Hair color: Unseen under the hoods they wear
Class: Wu Jen/Jade Phoenix Mage. Not sure how this would be incorporated, but mentioning it for the sake of completeness.
Pose you would like your avatar to be in: The two of them standing next to each other, facing slightly opposite directions. The one with the scythe has it held ready to attack, with jade-green energy on the blade, the unarmed one has hands up as if to cast a spell, with a magic "aura" around them.

I apologize in advance for the nightmarish request, and am open to any feedback that will keep the general spirit of "Dvati JPM" alive while making it less nightmarish for any artists.

Hi there! i'm new to the forum and i'd like to request an avatar, if possible in the OotS style.
It's a pirate pumpkin!
- Angle is in between forward and sideways, but facing right.
- Body: a pumpkin
- Color: Shade of orange, but with sun tan.
- No legs: just the tips of the boots coming from under it, in a wide stance.
- Face: carved in the whole body, it's the classical pumpkin image with a wicked smile and frowning (the smile is as wide as the body). Smile and eyes filled black.
- Its wearing a red bandana on the top (the knot shows) under a pirate tricorne that has a skull with crossed bones under it in the center. The skull is making the O.o smiley
- No arms: the hands appear on the side of the body/face as white gloves around the middle of the body, where the smile ends. Left globe has a cutlass and is raised as to strike, right one is holding a foamy tankard of ale.

Greetings from the City of Towers!

Now that I have my shiny new name, I'm hoping that someone among you will be able to help me out by making a swanky new avatar to go with it: specifically of Medinah, my character from the long-running Hourglass of Zihaja playtest game on this board. Sadly it's been defunct for over a year, but she and the rest of the crew of the Midnight Mirage shall live on in memory.

Anyway, nostalgia aside, here's what I'm looking for:

Gender: Female.
Equipment: An insubstantial or "ghost-touch" longsword held in her right hand, a navy blue veil over her face below the eyes, low-cut black leather armor and high-heeled boots.
Any other notable features: Red eyes.
If their skin is a special color, add that: White with just a hint of blue if possible, otherwise just plain white.
Hair color: Blue, worn long and with the bangs parted in front.
Race: "Human" (she's actually a warforged, but illusions can work wonders).
Class: Swordmage|Warlock (Infernal pact), so if she could be summoning up some magical fire with her left hand that'd be cool.
Pose you would like your avatar to be in: I'd like for her left arm to be outstretched while holding her sword in front of her defensively.

If it helps, she was inspired by KOS-MOS from Xenosaga, in particular KOS-MOS version 3 from the first half of Episode 3 (the one wearing the black top and white leggings).

So if anyone was bored, my current avatar is of by Goblin character from a D&D game that's slowly drawing to a close here on the GITP forums. Before this game i had another avatar, sort of a bugbear version of myself in it's place.

With the game drawing to a close, i was thinking it might be neat to get a set of new avatars to show this, and to help people not be confused with the old avatar if/when i switch back once the game is over.

So what i was thinking is a set of maybe four-ish avatars, so don't do them unless you're really bored or whatever.

Thinking first avatar would be the Goblin lady you see now kind of looking off-screen to our left a bit, as if noticing something over there

Second avatar would be the Bugbear coming in from our-left, waving and smiling to her. As a bugbear he'd likely be taller then her.

Third could be them silently talking for a bit, making some gestures etc

and fourth would be the bugbear waving off the Goblin as she walks off-pannel to our right.

if you're Really bored maybe a fifth avatar that's just a re-drawing of the Bugbear himself in your own style, not necessary of course though.

Don't feel obligated to do any of these, i understand it'd be a bit of work and by no means is it required. just thought it'd be a neat thing to do so i figured i would ask.

Well, I'm looking for a Moor. For reference, Redguards of the Elder Scrolls universe are loosely based on them.
A male, light brown skin, full beard (full but not long) and the whole indumentary. Specially the helmet + traditional arab scarf. He should wield a scimitar on his right, wear light/ medium armor and have a round medium shield on his back. I don't think a banner would fit but, if it does, a banner fluttering on a spear that contains a round shiled on the center and 3 scimitars surrounding it would be cool.

Colors White, Red and maybe a splash of Green would be perfect!

I lost my old custom avatar, and at least a few people have the stock one I'm using now. So - if anyone's feeling bored:

Class: Relic Hunter (I just made that up, I think - so probably just a combat-avoiding rogue)

Now that I have my shiny new name, I'm hoping that someone among you will be able to help me out by making a swanky new avatar to go with it: specifically of Medinah, my character from the long-running Hourglass of Zihaja playtest game on this board. Sadly it's been defunct for over a year, but she and the rest of the crew of the Midnight Mirage shall live on in memory.

Anyway, nostalgia aside, here's what I'm looking for:

Gender: Female.
Equipment: An insubstantial or "ghost-touch" longsword held in her right hand, a navy blue veil over her face below the eyes, low-cut black leather armor and high-heeled boots.
Any other notable features: Red eyes.
If their skin is a special color, add that: White with just a hint of blue if possible, otherwise just plain white.
Hair color: Blue, worn long and with the bangs parted in front.
Race: "Human" (she's actually a warforged, but illusions can work wonders).
Class: Swordmage|Warlock (Infernal pact), so if she could be summoning up some magical fire with her left hand that'd be cool.
Pose you would like your avatar to be in: I'd like for her left arm to be outstretched while holding her sword in front of her defensively.

If it helps, she was inspired by KOS-MOS from Xenosaga, in particular KOS-MOS version 3 from the first half of Episode 3 (the one wearing the black top and white leggings).

A request for the talented artists of the board...

This is probably going to be easiest for those familiar with D&D, but I'd like an avatar based on my handle (aurilee). I came up with it by combining "Auril" and "Umberlee" many years ago while I was thinking about the most unpleasant deity to invite to a party (and I thought it sounded cool).

As such, I was hoping someone could take up the challenge of making an avatar based on the two Forgotten Realms deities (link (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Auril)and link (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Umberlee)). Auril is the goddess of harsh winters, sever cold, winter storms etc. Umberlee is basically the sea equivalent (lots of storms and drowning people). Both are evil.

Here's the "form" part (take whatever artist license you'd like, this is just how I imagine it):
Gender: Female
Equipment: None really, other than clothes. Although I'm imagining the clothes being more like swirling ice or something. Seriously do whatever you'd like. I'm more interested to see what someone else might come up with. I suppose she could be holding a weapon of some sort, but that's not necessary.
Other notable features: She should probably look somewhat angry/menacing
Skin colour: Bluish white
Hair color: Blue with white highlights

I would really love a OotS style avatar of a male Pokemon trainer with a Sneasal or Weavile at his feet. The trainer would be holding a hand beside him but above the pokemon and have dark wisps of power coming off the hand. Clothes wise I was thinking the trainer would be in a grey shirt under a black jacket, have on black jeans and grey sneakers. I won't be particularly torn up if an artist wants to make some cosmetic changes but that's the core of it.

A request for the talented artists of the board...

This is probably going to be easiest for those familiar with D&D, but I'd like an avatar based on my handle (aurilee). I came up with it by combining "Auril" and "Umberlee" many years ago while I was thinking about the most unpleasant deity to invite to a party (and I thought it sounded cool).

As such, I was hoping someone could take up the challenge of making an avatar based on the two Forgotten Realms deities (link (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Auril)and link (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Umberlee)). Auril is the goddess of harsh winters, sever cold, winter storms etc. Umberlee is basically the sea equivalent (lots of storms and drowning people). Both are evil.

Here's the "form" part (take whatever artist license you'd like, this is just how I imagine it):
Gender: Female
Equipment: None really, other than clothes. Although I'm imagining the clothes being more like swirling ice or something. Seriously do whatever you'd like. I'm more interested to see what someone else might come up with. I suppose she could be holding a weapon of some sort, but that's not necessary.
Other notable features: She should probably look somewhat angry/menacing
Skin colour: Bluish white
Hair color: Blue with white highlights
Race: Human form deity

So yeah, I don't have anything specific in mind, but if someone has a cool idea for this I'll gladly use it, and you will have my undying gratitude. :)

Class: Wu Jen/Jade Phoenix Mage. Not sure how this would be incorporated, but mentioning it for the sake of completeness.
Pose you would like your avatar to be in: The two of them standing next to each other, facing slightly opposite directions. The one with the scythe has it held ready to attack, with jade-green energy on the blade, the unarmed one has hands up as if to cast a spell, with a magic "aura" around them.

I apologize in advance for the nightmarish request, and am open to any feedback that will keep the general spirit of "Dvati JPM" alive while making it less nightmarish for any artists.

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen of artistic talent! I've come to beg and plead for you to draw me a new avatar, because I want to immortalize a really enjoyable character I played in drawn form. Thanks in advance to whoever decides to tackle this one, because it is somewhat specific.

Gender: Male
Equipment: Loose, baggy robes. (Not sure about the colour. Purple or Blue, maybe? Chose whatever looks better.) A wand of Cure Wounds, tucked into his belt. A dagger, hidden behind his back.
Other Features: Loose, shoulder-length hair. Should look somewhat androgynous. A small monkey familiar should be standing next to him or climbing somewhere on him.
Skin Colour: A dark greenish-grey. Kinda like slate.
Hair Colour: Greyish-blue, with white highlights.
Race: Half-Drow

Pose Standing coyly, with a shy expression on his face and one hand slightly raised in greeting. With the other, he hides a dagger behind his back.

So...I've been on the forums for a hot minute and have never gotten me a custom avatar. I think I would like to request one.

I would like a "final fantasy style" Red Mage. My forum avatar is named for my favorite 8-Bit Theatre character, and I think I would like an avatar that looks like him, not just the default red guy.

I lost my old custom avatar, and at least a few people have the stock one I'm using now. So - if anyone's feeling bored:

Class: Relic Hunter (I just made that up, I think - so probably just a combat-avoiding rogue)
Important Equipment: Bullwhip, lockpicks and/or locksmith/treasure hunting toolkit (if this can even be accurately represented - if not, meh)
Clothing: A stetson-style hat, a brown duster jacket, anything else is fair game. (No shoes, because: halfling)

Eye color: Just the generic black dots.
Pose: Whatever's easy or seems good. Fine with a typical "staring at the viewer" pose. If possible, an expression of concentration or study on his face. If that's weird, then whatever seems fun for a relic hunter, or just the standard "smiling at the viewer".

So, as a big 8BT fan myself, I couldn't resist having a quick go.

As you may recall there was once an OotS-style guest strip for 8BT (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/GuestStrips.html), and I copied the Red Mage from that for this avatar, the only real difference being that this one has a scarf over his mouth. It is however pretty basic, as that strip was a fair while ago in OotS terms. I can spruce it up a bit (with the normal caveat that my avataring is a little amateurish) but I thought I'd show you this one anyway.

I would like to request an Oots-atar for the new 5e game I'll hopefully be playing in.

Idea is a male paladin, pale skin, lanky, with long ringlet-curly hair. Hair is reddish-brown, he wears a chainmail coat, has a shield with a symbol of bahamut on it, and wields a longsword.

I understand if that's all a bit dull and drab sounding, but I like the thought of having an image of Llewellyn.

Hey, I'm interested in an avatar for a game I'm DM'ing as well as other sundry forum activities. I'd like an avatar of a human male in a cross-legged seated position with objects orbiting him similar to the way that Zenyatta from Overwatch has his balls orbiting him. The human is fairly generic looking, wearing pretty much whatever you want to draw and with fairly short hair. The orbs are dice ranging from d4 to d20. I'd love for one of the die's to have rings like a planet. Basically, I want the overall image to be of a dungeon master wielding dice like the solar system wields planets. Feel free to be as creative and ignore as many of my requests as you want. You guys are the heroes here.
