Are there any rules for Wild Shape for creatures other than medium size?

Yes. They're exactly the same as the rules for creatures that are medium size.

Although, there is a feat called 'Proportional Wild Shape' from Masters of the Wild that allows you to also take on the form of creatures that match your natural size category. HD limits still apply though.

There is a halfling druid ACF which trades down your wildshape sizes. Gets tiny and small at fifth, medium at 8th, diminutive at 11th and large at 15th.

OP, note that 3.5 and PF approach this particular subject very differently, so you may want to specify which one you're playing.

No, because there doesn't need to be. Wild Shape works exactly the same, regardless of your own size.

Wild Shape is magic. There's no conservation of mass, or any other similar concession to reality, involved.

I mean, it's not utterly unreasonable to ask about this sort of thing, even with magic in the equation. After all, there are rules for alternate familiars for particularly large or small masters.

But yes, in this case, you have access to the same forms no matter your base size, at least in 3.5.

There is one minor difference. By the rules, you can't stack size altering magics together in the general case. So, if you're medium, and take a large form, then toss on some enlarge whatevers, then you don't get the enlargement. But, if you're large, then you're not getting bigger from wild shape, so you can still shoot up to huge. Same applies in the other direction, with reduce whatevers. Dunno that that's the kinda thing you're looking for, but it can be relevant.
