What specific fiends do fiendish grafts come from?

As it says in the title. There are a lot of fiendish grafts in the fiend folio, and I'm just wondering what species the donors are, based on the physical description of the graft given. Anyone happen to know?

I don't think they come from any in specific. The two eye grafts clearly come from different types of Fiends (based on the fact they give vision modes common to those types (demon eye gives see invisible, devil eye gives see in darkness)), but pretty much any from the right fiend type could plausibly work.

Feathered Wings explicitly come from Erinyes or Vrocks, I believe.
