A scarecrow golem is the creation of apprentice artificers, druids, and occasionally the work of a wizard that has worked with druids. A scarecrow golem is created as a test as a guard, or on occasion for any of a number of reasons. They take the form of walking, ambling scarecrows, wooden frameworks serving as a skeleton though rarely seen. Ambling creatures they shuffle about at their masters' tasks.

Combat:
A scarecrow golem has no concept of strategy simply fighting in whatever simplistic way it has been instructed. When it attacks a humanoid creature it will grasp them by the throat and attempt to choke the life out of them.
Berserk (Ex): When a scarecrow golem enters combat, there is a cumulative 1% chance each round that its Lower Planar spirit breaks free and the golem goes berserk. The uncontrolled golem goes on a rampage, attacking the nearest living creature or smashing some object smaller than itself if no creature is within reach, then moving on to spread more destruction. The golem’s creator, if within 60 feet, can try to regain control by speaking firmly and persuasively to the golem, which requires a DC 14 Charisma check. It takes 1 minute of inactivity by the golem to reset the golem’s berserk chance to 0%.
Choke (Ex): A scarecrow golem that successfully strikes a humanoid its size or smaller, or any creature with a throat at least 2 size categories smaller than it may attempt to initiate a grapple as if with Improved Grapple. A scarecrow golem that uses this ability grasps the target by the throat choking them; if they successfully grapple the target for 1 full round that creature must begin making Constitution checks (DC 11 + 2 for previous save; DC is Constitution based) or be knocked out and reduced to -1 hp at the end of their next turn, and killed if the choke is held for 1 more round. A creature with the ability to hold their breathe for extended periods gain a +4 bonus to this save and has the DC increase only by 1 per round.
Immunity to Magic (Ex): A scarecrow golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance. In addition, certain spells and effects function differently against the creature, as noted below.
A magical spell that deals non-fire damage still deals 1 point of damage per die of damage it would normally have dealt (but no other effect).
A magical spell that deals fire damage affects the scarecrow golem normally.
An Entangle spell cast on the golem affects it as if it were a Haste spell with a duration of 1 round per caster level.
A Blight spell instantly destroys the golem if it fails a Fortitude save.
A Diminish Plants spell cast on the golem inflicts 1d8 damage to it per caster level (no save).
A Plant Growth spell cast on the golem fully restores its HP.
A Mending spell cast on the golem heals it 1d8 hp.

Construction
A scarecrow golem is cheaply constructed as far as a golem is concerned, a hay stuffed sack in the shape and semblance of a man built around a wooden frame. The hay must be of the finest quality, as must the wooden frame, and the sack as well. In total the scarecrow golem’s body costs 200 GP to construct if you hire another creature to do so, and merely 66 GP in raw materials (half of which is wood).
Assembling the body requires a DC 13 Craft (Carpentry) check, and DC 13 Craft (Sewing) check.
CL 6th; Craft Construct, entangle, wood shape. Price 2,300 gp; Cost 1,200 gp + 88 XP.

You've got flat foot listed as 15, but say it only has 4 nat armor, otherwise it looks good.
