How can a human warmage Prestiging into rainbow servant gain the gloura's charisma to ac and saves ability? I don't have much knowledge in regards to polymorpyh, alter self, etc.

1. Be a Gloura. They're a playable race.

2. Turn into one via Shapechange. This gives you all its EX and SU qualities and attacks, including it's unearthly grace, an SU special quality.

He specified human warmage, so that's off the table.

A regular Polymorph spell will work, as unearthly grace is unmarked, and is therefor a natural ability, which Polymorph gains (as natural abilities are defined as being granted by one's physical form, that any ability not marked as anything else is natural, and Polymorph gains it from Alter Self, which grants natural abilities).

Alter Self itself would work, if he had some way of counting as fey.

[edit] Yes, I know that there are (Su) versions of it out there, but that doesn't preclude the gloura's being (Na). There are similar versions of same-named abilities that are different types. Look at the various Wishes, or Hide In Plain Sight.

Whoops. My bad. I only saw it in the statblock, couldn't find it in the body, just kinda assumed. So yeah, a simple Alter Self or Polymorph should suffice.

There are tons of ways to add your Cha bonus to your AC and saving throws: X Stat to Y Bonus (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?125732-3-x-X-stat-to-Y-bonus)

The spell Sirine's Grace (SC) adds your Cha bonus to your AC and can be made Persistent, but only appears on the Bard and Druid spell lists. A single level of Prestige Bard (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigeBard) can add that to any arcane class spell list.

Once you get Rainbow Servant 10, you'll be able to cast divine spells via Warmage, so two or three Prestige Paladin (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigePaladin) (of Freedom (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#paladinVariantsFreedom SlaughterAndTyranny)) levels will advance your casting and add your Cha bonus to your saving throws.

For a fairly solid example of X Stat to Y Bonus abuse, check out this build (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?342828-Damnable-PC-s-need-a-Blackguard-built-that-ll-teach-them-a-lesson!#6).

Assume supernatural abilty would inflict the penalty even with the gloura stuff?

Assume supernatural abilty would inflict the penalty even with the gloura stuff? That would be correct, yes. Improved ASA would be the way to go, if you use it often, though apparently the Will save still applies. Do note that IASA can be taken as much as you want once you have ASA, and you don't need to take ASA for every (Su) ability you want to take IASA for.
