Help Finding a Soulbow bird build?

I remember seeing a build a while back that used soul bow (i think) and did some other stuff that ended up with the build being a bird flying around dealing damage from ~1000ft away through walls.

I think it might have had Soulbow 8 in it and mindsight?

Pretty sure it was on these boards maybe a personman build?
