Ninja Ghost step- Sneak attack

So, a friend and I were wondering if: say a ninja is standing like right in front of a guy. He uses ghost step as a free action. Does that then guarantee that his next attack is a sneak attack (assuming he isn't revealed for any reason)?"

Also, would that stack with an ability such as flurry of blows

Ninja doesn't have sneak attack, it has sudden strike, which is more restrictive. If ghost step is the one that turns you invisible you gain sudden strike because invisibility renders your target without its dex to ac. It would not go off of flurry of blows. Invisibility is broken upon attacking so the following attacks would have you visible (and thus your target gets Dex to AC). A form of improved invisibility would work though.

Ghost step makes you Invisible, it doesn't replicate the effect of the Invisibility spell. You could make a full flurry and deny dex to AC against each of the attacks.
