The Demonomicon

I started running a 3.5 game and I need some help locating a certain item's rules. I'm heavily modifying Savage Tides and i wanted to foreshadow what will come later in the campaign by giving the party Archivist a chance to see the Demonomicon (not have, its well beyond the price range and power of him). Now I wanted to see if there were actually rules for the book of demons, since I checked the Book of Vile Darkness and Fiend Folio and found nothing in either. My google-fu only brought up the articles WotC did so if anyone could point me in the direction of the actual rules for it I would really appreciate it.

Majority of information regarding the demonomicon is spread out in various dragon magazines DR 336, DR 359, and one more.. Though majority of them reference Iggwilv/Tasha. There is a 4Ed Demonomicon supplement, though i haven't actually looked through it. Old Greyhawk Canonfire (http://canonfire.com/wiki/index.php?title=Demonomicon_of_Iggwilv)has some info.
