Masterful thrower feat 5e

So bit miffed that there is no feat or style for thrown weapon so here is my take on a thrown weap feat:

Masterful thrower:

- you do not get disadvantage at long range with weapons with the thrown feature.
- add half your proficiency bonus rounded up as bonus damage with thrown weaponry.
- putting away your melee weapon and drawing a thrown weapon is done as a free action.

Any thoughts on the feat is welcome. :)
